관련해 당사는 아티스트 보호를 위해 아래와 같이 대응하고 있음을 안내해 드립니다.
당사는 법무법인 세종을 통해 지난 7월 27일 해당 게시물 작성자들을 상대로
협박 및 정보통신망 이용 촉진 및 보호 등에 관한 법률 위반 혐의로 수사기관에 고소장을 접수했습니다.
당사는 소속 아티스트의 신변에 위해를 가할 수 있는 행동을 포함, 공포심과 불안감을 유발하는
모든 언행에 대해서 가용한 모든 강력한 법적 조치를 취할 것임을 분명히 알려드립니다.
또한, 당사는 소속 아티스트에 대한 악의적 비방과 명예훼손, 모욕, 허위사실 유포 등
악성 게시물에 대한 상시 모니터링, 신고 및 삭제, 법적 대응을 지속적으로 진행하고 있으며,
혐의자들에 대해 어떠한 합의나 선처 없이 엄중하게 대응할 예정입니다.

Recently, a number of postings threatening the safety of our artist ZEROBASEONE have been confirmed online and on SNS.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that we are taking the following actions to protect our artists.
On July 27, we filed a formal complaint with the investigative agency through a SHIN & KIM LLC on charges of threats and of violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection against the writers of the postings.
We clearly inform you that we will take all available strong legal actions against all words and deeds that cause fear and anxiety, including actions that may harm the personal safety of our artists.
In addition, we are constantly monitoring, reporting, deleting, and taking legal actions against malicious postings such as malicious slander, defamation, insults, and the spread of false information about our artists, and we plan to take strict actions against suspects without any agreement or leniency.
