ZEROBASEONE 사생활 안전 관련 안내입니다.
최근 사옥과 비공개 스케줄을 방문하는 일부 팬분들로 인해 아티스트 사생활 및 주변 질서가 우려되는 상황이 발생되고 있습니다.
ZEROBASEONE 멤버들과 팬 여러분의 안전을 위해 불필요한 행동을 삼가주시기 간곡히 부탁드립니다.
* 아래 사항을 어길 시 향후 ZEROBASEONE 이 참여하는 모든 스케줄에 참여 불가, 영구 블랙리스트 적용 등의 불이익을 받을 수 있습니다.
1. 아티스트의 사생활이 보장되어야 하는 사적 공간 방문 및 개인 정보를 사고파는 행위 금지
- ZEROBASEONE 의 사생활이 보장되어야 하는 공간 (사옥, 연습실, 숙소 및 그 근처, 샵, 헬스장 등 아티스트가 방문하거나 관련된 장소) 및 인근 건물, 주차장, 편의점, 카페 등에서 상주하며 아티스트를 기다리는 행위를 금지합니다.
- 이동 시 동행하여 말을 걸거나 편지/선물 등을 별도로 전달하는 행위 (근처 편의점, 카페 등을 포함하여 회사 앞, 회사 근처 타 건물 주차장 등에서 상주하며 기다리는 경우 모두 포함)
- 아티스트가 차량 탑승 시 촬영을 시도하거나 달려드는 행위
- 아티스트의 개인적인 공간 (숙소, 본가 등)으로 선물 또는 편지를 두고 가거나 보내는 행위
- 아티스트의 주민등록번호, 전화번호, 집 주소 등 개인정보를 비롯한 항공편, 좌석 등 항공 정보를 사고파는 행위 또는 시도 금지
- 또한, ZEROBASEONE 의 스케줄 출퇴근 길에 불필요한 행동도 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 비공식 스케줄 방문 및 모든 촬영, 녹음 금지
- 팬 참여가 가능한 공개 방송 및 행사 스케줄은 엠넷플러스 내 스케줄 게시판을 통해 안내 드릴 예정입니다.
- 비공식 스케줄 장소 등 공지를 통해 업로드 되지않은 모든 스케줄을 방문하여 몰래 촬영 또는 녹음을 하는 행위
- 촬영이 허용되지 않은 곳에서 사진 및 동영상 촬영, 녹음 및 라이브 스트리밍 등을 하는 행위
* 촬영 비허용 공간 : 공항 내부, 리얼리티 촬영 현장, 방송국 내부, 기타 LIVE 장소, 광고 촬영 현장, 사옥, 주차장 등 촬영이 허용되지 않은 모든 공간
- 특히, 주차장의 경우 차량이 움직이는 공간이기 때문에 무리한 촬영으로 인해 아티스트와 팬 여러분을 포함한 모든 보행자들의 안전이 위협받지 않도록 있도록 방문을 자제해 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 관계자 외 출입 불가 장소 방문 금지
- 공연장, 행사장 내 비표를 불법으로 복사·제작·취득하여 대기실 등 아티스트 주변으로 접근하는 행위를 금지합니다.
- 공개 방송 및 행사장 내 아티스트 대기실과 주차장 등은 ZEROBASEONE 을 비롯한 타 아티스트와 방송 관계자분들도 함께 이용하시는 공간이며, 관계자 외 출입이 불가능한 장소이므로 출입을 삼가주시기 바랍니다.
4. 촬영 금지 구역에서의 모든 사진 및 동영상 촬영, 녹음 금지
- 팬클럽석이 제공되는 공개 방송을 비롯한 촬영이 금지된 모든 장소에서는 사진, 동영상 촬영 및 녹음이 금지되어 있으며, 라이브 스트리밍 또한 금지됩니다.
- 적발 시 장비 압수 후 모든 데이터를 삭제한 후 강제 퇴장 조치될 예정입니다.
- 장비 압수 시 발생하는 기기 파손 및 분실에 대해서는 책임지지 않으며, 메모리 카드는 삭제 후 압수될 수 있습니다.
- 방송국 등 촬영 금지 구역에서 해당 행동이 적발될 시 아티스트와 팬클럽석에 불이익이 생길 수 있으니 위 사항을 반드시 숙지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
5. 공항 방문 시 주의 사항
- 아티스트의 공항 입출국 시 혼잡한 상황으로 인해 안전상의 문제가 발생할 수 있으니 아티스트와의 밀착은 금지되며, 반드시 안전거리를 확보해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 출국 심사 이후부터는 모든 사진 및 동영상 촬영 금지
* 촬영 비허용 공간 : 티켓 카운터, 비행기 내부, 공항 검색대, 라운지, 면세점, 게이트, 보안 구역, 수화물 수취 공간 등 출국 심사 이후의 모든 장소
- 또한, 무리한 촬영으로 인해 아티스트와 팬 여러분을 포함한 모든 보행자들에게 안전상의 문제가 발생하지 않도록 주의 부탁드립니다.
6. 아티스트 관련 업무 방해 금지
- 아티스트 담당 스태프 사무실 방문하여 침입을 시도하는 행위를 금지합니다.
- 아티스트 담당 스태프, 경호팀, 관련 관계자의 업무를 방해하거나 협조 요청에 불응하는 행위를 금지합니다.
- 아티스트의 차량 탑승을 막거나 차량 이동을 불가하게 하는 행위 및 차량을 쫓아다니는 행위 금지
- 해당 행동은 아티스트와 팬 여러분을 포함한 모든 운전자와 보행자들에게 큰 안전상의 문제가 발생할 수 있기 때문에 모두의 안전을 위해 무질서한 행동은 삼가주시기 바랍니다.
- 안전을 위해 차량 안으로 편지나 선물을 던지는 행동 또한 금지됩니다.
당사는 팬 에티켓을 지키지 않는 일부 팬들에 한하여 강경하게 대응할 예정이며,

Please note the following guidelines regarding the privacy and safety of ZEROBASEONE members.
Recently, there have been incidents of fans showing up at the office building and unofficial recording sessions of our artists, which have led to concerns for their privacy and for public order.
We urge you to refrain from such unnecessary actions for the safety of both the members and fans of ZEROBASEONE.
* Anyone failing to comply with the code of conduct below will face consequences such as being banned from participating in any future ZEROBASEONE events and being permanently blacklisted.
1. Prohibition of selling or purchasing artists’ personal information or visiting spaces where the artists’ privacy must be guaranteed
- Fans are prohibited from waiting for our artists in locations where the privacy of ZEROBASEONE members must be guaranteed (office building, practice studio, dormitory and surrounding areas, beauty salon, gym, etc. that the artists frequent or are related to them), as well as in nearby buildings, parking lots, convenience stores, cafés, etc.
- Fans are prohibited from walking alongside our artists and talking to them or giving them letters/gifts (this includes waiting for the artists in front of or near the office building, such as in nearby convenience stores, cafés, or parking lots).
- Fans are prohibited from taking photos or videos of the artists or running toward them as they get inside their cars.
- Fans are prohibited from sending gifts or letters to the artists’ private spaces (dormitory, family homes, etc.) or leaving them in front of their doors.
- Fans are prohibited from attempting to purchase or sell any personal information about the artists, including their resident registration numbers, phone numbers, home addresses, flight information, plane seats, etc.
- Additionally, please refrain from any unnecessary contact with the members of ZEROBASEONE on their way to and from work.
2. Prohibition of visiting, photographing, or recording unofficial schedules
- We will notify you of any official, public events and recording sessions that allow fan participation through the forum on MNET Plus.
- Fans are prohibited from visiting and secretly photographing or recording any work sessions or events that are unofficial (not announced to the public).
- Fans are prohibited from taking photographs, recording videos, recording audio, or livestreaming in any locations where such acts are not allowed.
* Locations where filming is prohibited: Inside the airport, reality TV filming locations, inside the broadcasting station building, any other locations where artists are being recorded live, filming locations for commercials, the office building, parking lots, and any other locations where filming is not allowed
- We ask fans to refrain from waiting in parking lots in particular because cars are constantly driving in and out, and any attempts at filming the artists may put both them and others in danger.
3. Prohibition of visiting locations that are restricted to authorized personnel only
- Fans are prohibited from approaching the artists by illegally copying and manufacturing staff passes to access backstage areas at concert halls or event spaces.
- The artist waiting rooms, parking lots, etc. at public event spaces and broadcasting locations are shared by other artists and staff members. These spaces are restricted to anyone else, so please refrain from entering them.
4. Prohibition of taking photographs, videos, and audio recordings in areas where filming is prohibited
- Fans are prohibited from taking photos, video, or audio recordings, as well as livestreaming, in any areas where such acts are prohibited, including public broadcasts where fan club seats are available.
- Anyone caught breaking this rule will have their equipment confiscated, the data deleted, and will be forced to leave.
We do not take responsibility for any damage or loss of equipment that is confiscated, and memory cards that have been wiped may still be confiscated permanently.
- If anyone is caught filming in prohibited areas such as broadcasting stations, it may be detrimental to both the artists and the fan club, so we urge you to read and follow these rules.
5. Notice concerning airport visits
- Fans are prohibited from making close contact with the artists on their way to and from boarding a flight, as crowds may cause safety issues. Please maintain a safe distance.
- Fans are prohibited from taking photos or videos of the artists once they have passed the passport control (immigration) area.
* Locations at airports where taking photographs and videos is prohibited: Ticket counters, inside of airplanes, airport security, airport lounges, duty-free shops, gates, secure areas, baggage claim areas, and any other areas past passport control (immigration)
- Additionally, please make sure that attempts at photographing the artists do not cause any safety issues for anyone in the area, including the artists, fans, and passersby.
6. Prohibition of disrupting work related to the artists
- Fans are prohibited from attempting to trespass into the offices of staff members in charge of the artists.
- Fans are prohibited from disrupting the work of or refusing to comply with staff members, bodyguards, or any related personnel.
- Fans are prohibited from preventing the artists from getting into cars. Fans are also prohibited from blocking artists’ cars or following them.
- This kind of behavior puts both the artists, fans, and any other drivers and pedestrians in great danger. Please refrain from such reckless behavior for the sake of everyone’s safety.
- For everyone’s safety, fans are also prohibited from throwing any letters or presents into the artists’ cars.
We will take strong action against fans who do not adhere to fan etiquette and will do our best to ensure the safety of both ZEROBASEONE members and fans.
