[팬클럽 선예매 안내]
- 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2023년 7월 24일(월) 20시 ~ 23시 59분까지 가능 (1인 1매 예매가능)
- 팬클럽 선예매는 ZEROBASEONE 공식팬클럽 회원에 한해 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매는 별다른 인증절차 없이 ZEROBASEONE 공식팬클럽 가입 시 사용했던 인터파크 아이디로 로그인 후 예매하실 수 있습니다.
- ZEROBASEONE 공식팬클럽 국내 페이지 가입자는 2023 ZEROBASEONE FAN-CON 국내 페이지에서만 예매하실 수 있습니다.
- ZEROBASEONE 공식팬클럽 글로벌 페이지 가입자는 2023 ZEROBASEONE FAN-CON 글로벌 페이지(영문, 중문, 일문) 에서만 예매하실 수 있습니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매는 7월 24일(월) 20시부터 23시 59분까지 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매는 1인 1매만 구입 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 회원들도 일반예매 시 매수제한 내에서 추가로 구매 가능합니다.
- 예매완료 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금하지 않으면 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다.
[일반예매 안내]
- 일반예매는 7월 25일(화) 20시부터 진행됩니다.
- 1인 2매까지 예매가능 (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)
- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들은 일반예매 시에 1매씩 추가로 구매 가능합니다.
[티켓구매 유의사항]
※ 결제 수단 중 ‘무통장 입금’으로 예매한 경우 예매 당일 23:59까지 입금하셔야 예매가 취소되지 않습니다.
- 무통장 입금 기한: 예매 당일 23:59까지 (미입금 시 취소)
‘2023 ZEROBASEONE FAN-CON’ (오프라인)은 인터파크 티켓에서 단독 판매되며, 그 외 경로로는 티켓을 판매하지 않습니다. 공식 예매처를 통하지 않고 타인으로부터 양도받거나, 개인 간의 직거래, 인터넷 중고 거래 사이트 및 기타 경로를 통해 구매한 티켓은 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.또한 불법적인 경로를 통해 이루어진 거래는 티켓 구매 시 발생하는 모든 피해는 물론 공연과 관련된 모든 소비자 분쟁 발생 시 소비자보호법 및 전자상거래법의 보호를 받지 못하며, 그 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 구매 당사자에게 있습니다.
주최/주관사 및 예매처는 불법적인 경로로 티켓을 구매한 소비자에 대해서 어떠한 책임도 없으니 이에 따른 피해가 없도록 다시 한번 유의 부탁 드립니다.
매크로 이용 등 비정상적인 방법을 통한 구매, 암표 매매 목적의 티켓 구매 등 부정한 방법을 통한 티켓 거래는 당사에서 모니터링 되고 있으며, 주최/주관사의 권한으로 사전 통보 없이 취소 처리가 가능함을 알려드립니다. 공식 예매처를 통해 티켓을 구매할 수 있도록 팬 여러분들의 자발적인 협조 부탁 드립니다.

[Information on pre-ticketing for the fan club]
- Period of pre-ticketing for the fan club: July 24 (Mon), 2023 20:00 to 23:59 (One person can purchase one ticket per concert.)
- Pre-ticketing for the fan club is only available for the members of the official fan club ZEROBASEONE.
- For pre-ticketing for the fan club, you can log in and reserve the ticket with the ID of Interpark used when joining the official fan club without any other authentication procedure.
- For the members who joined the official fan club ZEROBASEONE in the Korean page, you can reserve the ticket only in the Korean page of 2023 ZEROBASEONE FAN-CON.
- For the members who joined the official fan club ZEROBASEONE in the global page, you can reserve the ticket only in the global page (English, Chinese, and Japanese) of 2023 ZEROBASEONE FAN-CON.
- Pre-ticketing for the fan club is available on July 24 (Mon), 2023 20:00 to 23:59.
- For pre-ticketing for the fan club, you can just purchase one ticket per concert.
- The members who purchased the ticket through pre-ticketing for the fan club can additionally purchase tickets in general ticketing by limiting the number of tickets.
- After completing ticketing, the tickets are automatically cancelled unless you will deposit by the designated date.
[Information on general ticketing]
※ If you made a reservation using 'Bank Deposit' as your payment method, you must make a deposit by 23:59 on the day of the reservation to avoid being canceled.
- Deposit deadline: 23:59 on the day of the reservation (canceled if not paid)
- General ticketing is available from July 25 (Tue), 2023 20:00.
- You can purchase two tickets per concert (Including the number of the ticket through pre-ticketing for the fan club).
- Those who purchase the ticket through pre-ticketing for the fan club can additionally purchase one ticket.
[Precautions in purchasing tickets]
Ticketing of ‘2023 ZEROBASEONE FAN-CON’ (Offline) is only arranged in Interpark Ticket. And tickets are not sold through other routes.
Tickets that were transferred from others or were purchased by individual direct transactions, on used trading sites of the internet, or through other routes cannot be cancelled and refunded.
For transactions by illegal routes, purchasers cannot be protected by the Consumer Protection Act and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce in case of all consumer disputes related to the concert as well as all damages in purchasing tickets and they shall be solely responsible for the damages.
The host/organizer and the reservation center do not have any responsibility for consumers who purchase tickets through illegal routes.
Again, please be careful not to be damaged according to this.
The company is monitoring ticket transactions by unlawful means including purchase by illicit means such as using macro and purchase of tickets for the purpose of selling illegal tickets. And please be informed that they can be cancelled without any prior notice by the authority of the host/organizer. We would appreciate your voluntary cooperation to purchase tickets through the official reservation center.
